Feminist Leadership Conference, Women in Robotics

On March 8th I was honored to participate in Brown University's Feminist Leadership and Mentorship for Equality (FLAME) Conference. The FLAME Conference aims to engage local high school students, undergraduate mentors, and faculty lecturers in conversations and activities that promote intersectional feminist thought. For this conference I spoke with local area high school students about my experiences working as a woman in the robotics domain. I had a great time sharing my experiences and interacting with a talented and thoughtful group of young scholars.
